This fully carpeted, pitched roof Sky-House is so nice you might want to charge rent! Large enough for Maine Coons this house-in-the-heavens is purr-fect for multi-cat households. At 16"x12"x14" what cat wouldn't want to move in? All Deluxe Trees come with a large 16"x16" shelf and at least one 12"x16" shelf. The taller the tree the more 12"x16" shelves you get. The shelves are attatched to the wood center pole and braced. They will hold over 100lbs. The 45" trees are on our 20"x20" base. The 66" and the 84" trees come on our 24"x24" base. Wide and wobble-free these bases provide a sturdy stable support! Your 45" tree is shipped fully assembled. The 66" and 84" trees require some easy assembly. Sisal can be added to the front two legs. You can now add 2 feet of sisal to the main pole on all sizes. Feather toy not included.
